Locally handmade organic wheat bags for use as a heat or cool pack. Store in the freezer or fridge for use as a cold/cool pack. Heat in the microwave for 30-40 seconds. Do not over heat.

Filled with organic Australian wheat, 100% Cotton or 100% Linen fabric

Measurements: 10cm by 22cm, 275grams
